1. General & Business Information

Premplas Technologies Pte Ltd is a company incorporated in Singapore. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and all commercial interactions, inquiries, quotations, and engineering services provided by us unless governed by a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Premplas.

2. Quotations, Orders, and Specifications

Accuracy of Drawings & Specifications: Customers are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and final engineering drawings, CAD files, material requirements, and tolerance specifications. Premplas relies on customer-supplied data for production and shall not be held liable for errors or omissions in customer specifications.
Quotations: Quotations issued by Premplas are valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise. Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as Goods and Services Tax, GST) and delivery charges unless explicitly specified.
Order Confirmation: Orders are considered accepted only upon written confirmation from Premplas or upon issuance of an official invoice.

3. Pricing, GST, and Payment Terms

GST: All applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged in accordance with the prevailing rates set by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
Payment Terms: Unless credit terms have been formally approved in writing, payment must be settled according to the milestone or payment terms specified on the invoice or quotation.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Customer IP: Customers retain ownership of all technical drawings, designs, and proprietary information submitted to Premplas for fabrication and manufacturing purposes.
Company IP: All content on this website—including logos, text, graphics, design frameworks, images, and technical documentation—is the property of Premplas Technologies Pte Ltd and protected by Singapore intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Delivery, Inspection, and Acceptance

Delivery Dates: Delivery timelines provided are estimates made in good faith. Premplas shall not be liable for reasonable delays caused by supply chain disruptions, material shortages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Inspection & Claims: The customer must inspect all delivered plastic and metal components upon receipt. Any claims for defective goods, short shipments, or non-conformance to agreed specifications must be submitted in writing to Premplas within seven (7) business days of delivery. Failure to notify Premplas within this window constitutes final acceptance of the goods.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Singapore law:

Premplas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business disruption, or operational downtime arising out of or in connection with our services or website.
Premplas’s total aggregate liability for any direct claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

7. Force Majeure

Premplas shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling any obligation under these terms if such failure or delay is caused by acts of God, industrial disputes, natural disasters, power grid failures, equipment breakdown, acts of government authorities, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

8. Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)

We process personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Any personal data collected through website inquiry forms, quotation requests, or direct contact will be used strictly for business communication, order fulfillment, and service optimization.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
